Should you see it? Joe Bob Briggs' commentary is quite good, so maybe, if you get that version on DVD.
No, it's not the local Mensa meeting. |
Ever wonder what happened to Russ Meyer's starlets when they got older and gravity took hold? This film stars Kitten Natividad and has Haji and Raven DeLaCroix in minor roles. Raven's had a breast reduction, if you're wondering. The film is about a woman who gets superpowers from radiation treatment for breast cancer. Yes, this film trivializes cancer. There's a reason Kitten never had any lines in her early films and she can't lead a film now. For fans of younger, less natural, breasts, there's Mimma Mariucci, Sheri Dawn Thomas and Lunden De'Leon as Pirate Juggs, Ooga Boobies and Ta-Ta Leader Orbs, respectively. That should tell you something. There are also unexpected appearances by Bob Mackey and Forrest J. Ackerman, which is a nice addition. The film has nothing going for it, except for the commentary track by Joe Bob Briggs, which is perhaps his breast, er best.
