Should you see it? No.
Bad guy Robert Z'Dar rises from the underworld and pollutes the Earth. The good guy gets injured, so his three young students have to take over fighting him, making this a "3 Ninjas" retread. At one point, the bad guys create a distraction by disco dancing. There's a long live-action re-creation of a comic book in a balloon factory run by clowns. There's terrible fighting montages, including a biting done when the biter wears a full face mask, though it's impossible. The film is PG and aimed at small children, but it's beyond stupid. The environmentalism message - the Earth gets trashed and there's nothing we can do about it - is tacked on, presumably for educational value.
