Hercules (1983)

How bad is it? It has a lot of action, but is utterly brainless.
Should you see it? Yes, mostly for Sybil Danning's costumes.

Lou Ferrigno had a major problem in transitioning from bodybuilding to acting - he's nearly deaf. His typical deaf-person voice is not a problem in this film, however, because it was shot in Italy and everyone's voice is dubbed, including his. This film includes an amazing amalgam of mythology, with some of the actual labors of Hercules mixed with whatever they thought they could film as an action scene. Action and not talking was a good plan. The film also has Sybil Danning, who wears ridiculous outfits emphasizing her curves, including black spandex and leather with cut-outs (all the style in ancient Greece, I guess). Most of Danning's films are so bad they're not enjoyable or they're actually passable entertainment and this hits the sweet spot in between.
