How bad is it? It's among the cheapest looking films of a very cheap director.
Should you see it? Yes. It has its moments.
Besides directing nudies, Barry Mahon occasionally made films for a general audience, though he never spent much on them. This one looks like it was filmed entirely in tiny rooms, including a Russian nightclub that looks like it can hold maybe 8 people. U.S. spies try to convince the commies that nuclear war is futile, while one of them seeks Sputnik secrets. The Russians retaliate by nuking New York City. World War III begins. The end card reads "Don't let this be... the end." What this movie really needed was a gorilla (see "The Beast that Killed Women" review).
