How bad is it? It makes Joan Crawford look worse than "Mommie Dearest" did.
Should you see it? It's a minor film; don't go out of your way, but if it shows up somewhere...
In her last film, Joan Crawford tries to introduce a caveman to society, while villain Michael Gough overacts. The monster wears a monkey mask and goes berserk when he hears rock and roll (he likes classical), impaling a butcher on a meat hook and abducting a little girl. There's footage lifted from "Animal World," which is a nice change from borrowing from "One Million B.C." If you're watching questionable Joan Crawford films, you have to include this one.
