Armstrong (1998)

How bad is it? Some compare it to Samurai Cop. It's a minor bad actioner.
Should you see it? Yes, I guess, especially if you liked Project: Shadowchaser.

Frank Zagarino, who's been in a bunch of bad action films, stars in this film that also features stalwarts Charles Napier and Richard Lynch. It's about Russian mafia and nuclear treaties, but is essentially: good vs. evil. The script is poor, especially the dialogue, and there's serious logic and continuity problems; in one scene, everyone escapes a bomb blast miraculously and later the room itself shows no damage. Dead people move or show up in later scenes. It's not the classic so-bad-it's-good film, but it's a passable timewaster.
