How bad is it? It's bottom-of-the-barrel 80's sex romp.
Should you see it? Not really.
The original Hardbodies was about middle-aged men trying to have sex with young fit women and was about as standard a sex comedy as there was in the 1980's, mostly lame jokes between shots of naked extras. Amazingly, it worked just well enough to be just successful enough to cause someone to green light a sequel.
This time, the two stars (played by new actors) are in Greece, where they are making a movie and there's some not-terrible switches between the film and the film-within-the-film, so the director earned his paycheck. The acting is not as good this time - the over-the-top stereotyped gay man especially irked me - and the extras are not as attractive as in the first film. There's slapstick that doesn't work, puns that will make you groan (if you're not snoring) and long sections of not much of anything.
There's not much to say about bad comedies beyond "not funny."
