The Twilight People (1972)

How bad is it? It wastes a good actress on a tired premise (with low budget).
Should you see it? Only if you must see every Pam Grier film.

Roger Corman produced and Eddie Romero directed this partial remake of The Island of Dr. Moreau. John Ashley plays a mad scientist on an island who creates an ape man, an antelope man, a bat man (who flies), a wolf woman and panther girl Pam Grier. When the creatures seek revenge, the doctor runs for his life. It's dull, it's got some bad gore, there's bad make-up effects and, while Ashley and Grier are decent actors, the others cannot act at all.
