Should you see it? Absolutely. "Keep an eye out."
Godfrey Ho directed over 100 martial arts films and this is probably his most entertainingly bad one. Cynthia Rothrock has a small cult following and this is probably her worst film, as well. Don Niam plays a crazed martial arts rapist with a permed mullet that kills women who look like his estranged wife and then takes their eyeballs. Rothrock seeks revenge for her sister's death by Niam. This has some half-way decent fight scenes, but the climactic one is so hilariously god-awful it must be seen; the two guys lose their shirts implausibly - and just happen to be oiled up - and one gets both eyes gouged out and is hoisted by machinery from his eye socket (!) - and afterward, they make puns about eyes!!! I think the idea was to have tag-lines like in other action films, but it's just unbelievably callous, stupid and unimaginative (in other words, pure gold).
