How bad is it? It's super-cheap for a Hollywood film.
Should you see it? No. You've seen the best parts in other films.
I almost reviewed the Sensurround disaster film "Earthquake" (1980), but I couldn't say it was quite bad enough to make this blog. This film about an earthquake, though, is bad enough. It stars former porn star Traci Lords as a detective transporting a dangerous mobster (former martial artist Gary Daniels). There's a plan to make her fail in the works. Then, an entire hour into the film, an earthquake hits, but people keep shooting at each other than running for cover. There are extended chase sequences that look okay at first, but then you notice that they're lifted from "Metro," "Money Train" and "Speed;"not re-created, just stolen.
